Satinder has led Aubade since it commenced operations in 2013. A Corporate Leader, Board Member, and Team Builder with 23 years of experience. Global Agro-Forestry Commodities Trader with over two decades of experience spanning Ivory Coast, Ghana, Togo, Senegal, Mauritania, Gambia, Guinea Bissau, Guinea Conakry, Panama, Ecuador and New Zealand. Satinder holds an MBA from Punjab University. He is a member of YPO and the NZ Institute of Forestry.
Andrew is a veteran of the timber industry and oversees our operations in New Zealand. Expert in procurement, planning, shipping, logistics and systems, his 25 year career includes significant time working in the Radiata Pine trade in New Zealand.
Anamika is a seasoned administrative professional. At Aubade she handles Cash flow Mgt, MIS reporting, external/ internal audit along with Banking and Account Reconciliation. She has completed MBA Finance, Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), CA Inter. She has held her previous roles as CA Articleship trainee and as an Admin and Sales with Mutual Funds-Banking Industry in India. She is recognized for the ability to develop, implement and manage multifaceted offices.
Rachel handles office and secretarial support for procurement, operations and general administration. She has over 10 years of work experience in the travel industry. She joined Aubade in October 2017.

Rajesh is a Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years' experience in finance, accounts and commercial work. Having worked in the construction, retail, power and commodities sectors, Rajesh brings a wealth of commercial experience to the business.
The Mayar Group employs a dedicated team of sales and marketing experts whose role is to provide sales and sales support to the Group’s clients in the Indian subcontinent. Sales support staff are located in Gandhidham, New Delhi, Chennai, Tuticorin, Hyderabad and Mangalore.
Graduate in Finance & Human Resources from University of Bradford, U.K. He has been associated with the Company's Global Businesses for more than 16 years. Presently he is the Managing Director of MHRL & CEO of Adoniss Limited, Hong Kong.
B.Sc. (Hons) from University of Bradford, U.K. & M.Sc. in Strategic Marketing & Research from Cranfield University (U.K.). Before joining the Group in 2002, he was associated with JWT. He is the CEO of the Health and Wellness Vertical-Global Wellness Holdings based out of Singapore
Dr the Honourable Richard Worth has post graduate degrees in law and business. He is, and has been, a company director in a number of international companies and is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors and the Institute of Management. His business and teaching interests include international business law, Asian business strategies and sustainable business futures. He is also the Head of Mission for the Government of Monaco in New Zealand. He was a litigation partner and later Chairman for 13 years of New Zealand’s largest law firm, Simpson Grierson. From 1999 to 2009 he was a member of the New Zealand Parliament. In the National led government he was a Minister of the Crown.
